work desk comfortable bed

my room had a work desk and lamp. the minibar included complimentary water, that was great. housekeeping restocked it daily. the bed was comfortable. i loved it.

the tv remote needed new batteries, it took a bit to get replaced.

The room service situation was not ideal, they only offered beverages. also, there seemed to be a lack of clear protocol in the wellness area. People could just wander in, even during sauna or massage sessions. it really disrupted the relaxation. the app for hotel services wasn't user friendly either. It was a pain to navigate.

the location was convenient near several restaurants

the air conditioning system did not function properly the room temperature fluctuated significantly i had difficulty adjusting it to a comfortable level also toiletries were not automatically replenished i had to request them from reception
